Hiring: Hearing Aid Centre Manager
Location: Lingarajapuram / Kammanahalli, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hearing Aid Centre Manager to lead our hearing care centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing hearing loss, guiding customers in selecting the right hearing aids, developing strong relationships with ENT specialists, and driving business growth through new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments to identify the degree and type of hearing loss. Training will be provided.
- Counsel customers and their families on suitable hearing aid solutions based on their hearing needs and lifestyle.
- Recommend and demonstrate appropriate hearing aids and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with ENT doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers to generate referrals.
- Identify new opportunities and develop leads through hearing camps, corporate wellness programs, senior citizen communities, schools, and local organizations.
- Plan and conduct hearing screening camps to attract new customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hearing aid centre and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets while maintaining high standards of patient care.
