Hiring: Digital Marketing & Growth Executive
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing professional to independently manage and grow the digital presence of multiple software products. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, generating leads, and building product awareness from scratch.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just execute tasks, but actively thinks, experiments, and brings fresh ideas to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Awareness & Growth
- Create and execute digital awareness campaigns for multiple products
- Build product visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels
- Increase brand reach, engagement and audience growth
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Build and strengthen product branding and positioning
Lead Generation
- Run targeted lead generation campaigns
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid strategies
- Create and optimize lead funnels and landing pages
- Work towards monthly lead generation targets
- Identify and explore new lead acquisition channels
- Track campaign performance and improve conversions
- Content Creation
- Create product-focused content including:
- Social media posts
- Product feature highlights
- Educational content
- Customer success stories
- Blogs and newsletters
- Carousels and marketing creatives
- Write engaging captions, copy and campaign messaging
Video Editing & Product Promotion
- Record and edit product demo videos
- Create short-form videos, reels and feature explainers
- Convert software features into visually engaging content
- Create banners and promotional creatives
- Present product value through storytelling and visual content
Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels
- Schedule and publish content regularly
- Monitor engagement and community interactions
- Improve audience reach and visibility
Innovation & Growth Initiatives
- Continuously come up with new digital marketing and lead generation ideas
- Explore creative methods to improve product awareness and customer acquisition
- Suggest and execute experiments to improve growth
- Test new campaign formats, content ideas and outreach approaches
- Research competitors and market trends
- Bring fresh ideas for referral programs, partnerships and community initiatives
- Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency
- Think beyond conventional marketing and proactively identify growth opportunities
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor campaign metrics and KPIs
- Prepare monthly reports and growth insights
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements
- Use data to optimize campaigns and marketing decisions
Demand Generation & Outreach
- Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email and cold outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as doctors, clinics and hospitals
- Build and maintain lead databases
- Coordinate lead nurturing activities with sales teams
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Suggest improvements for website pages and landing pages
- Optimize conversion paths and call-to-actions
- Conduct A/B testing for campaigns and landing pages
Product Marketing
- Understand product features and convert them into customer-focused messaging
- Create feature launch campaigns and announcements
- Simplify technical concepts into marketing content
- Community BuildingBuild and engage communities across social platforms
- Increase engagement through webinars, polls, events and discussions
- Explore doctor and healthcare communities for awareness
Additional Responsibilities
- SEO optimization for websites and product pages
- Email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
- Marketing automation activities
- Keyword research
- Manage online profiles and digital listings
- Coordinate with product teams to understand features and updates
- Support new product launches and awareness campaigns
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth / Content roles
- Experience in lead generation and campaign management
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma or creative tools
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Understanding of funnels, audience targeting and analytics
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation
- Self-driven individual capable of independently handling complete digital activities
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare software marketing
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience creating software demo and product content
