What You’ll Do
• Serve as the onsite wellness lead at the site, providing consistent, visible support through site walks, All Hands participation, engagement activities, and coaching
• Facilitate Mental Health First Aid training and support ongoing mental health awareness efforts (paid training provided)
• Build strong relationships with employees, trade partners, and site leadership to understand needs and enhance program relevance
• Execute wellness initiatives including challenges, biometric screenings, educational sessions, and onsite events aligned with the Wellness Built for Life strategy
• Gather and share real-time insights, engagement trends, and feedback to help shape program direction
• Partner with Safety and site leadership to align wellness with broader site initiatives
• Connect employees to available resources including community services, internal vendors, onsite medical, and physical therapy support
• Support wellness committees and champion networks to expand reach and engagement
• Contribute to data tracking, storytelling, and reporting to demonstrate program impact
How You’ll Work
• You’ll collaborate with a broader team of wellness coordinators across multiple sites to ensure consistency in messaging and experience
• Best practices, content, and insights are regularly shared across the team to strengthen overall program delivery
• Content development, program execution, and Mental Health First Aid facilitation are shared efforts across the team
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in health promotion, wellness programming, fitness, public health, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse, multi-employer workforce
• Comfortable facilitating trainings, leading group discussions, and engaging employees in a variety of settings
• Ability to work independently onsite while staying connected to a broader team
• Passion for mental health awareness and whole-person wellbeing
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or field-based environments is a plus
