Field Sales Coach / Trainer

The Field Sales Coach/Trainer is responsible for the execution and standardization of GTM (Training and Business) and lead the on-job specific training for doctor growth function across India. This role must possess a strong understanding of field coaching and customer sales. The Coach/Trainer will drive standardization and training effectiveness by reducing variability between employees training. This role must have strong negotiation & communication skills in order to lead the hand holding journey for the new joiners. The role will be responsible for ensuing quality in on-field training and adhere to stablished quality standards.
