Full Stack Staff Engineer

We are hiring an exceptional Staff Engineer to drive the development of Healthie's New Products. In this senior technical role, you'll lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features, focusing on building scalable, reliable systems that solve meaningful problems for our customers and their clients. As a Staff Engineer, you'll collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to identify and execute high-impact projects. Your work will span system design, backend and frontend development, and integration with third-party services, with opportunities to incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as intelligent automation and data-driven insights to enhance user experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of Healthie's platform, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation that positions Healthie as a leader in healthcare technology. Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, you'll ensure the scalability, reliability, and usability of our platform while aligning with customer needs and business goals. In this role, you'll bring technical excellence and a customer-first mindset, translating complex challenges into elegant, impactful solutions.
