As the Account Executive, you will be a direct revenue generator and a critical contributor to the B2B Sales Organization and the overall company’s success.

You will focus specifically on our Enterprise sales portfolio. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to identify target customers and move those customers through the sales funnel from prospect to ‘won’. This includes generating interest, discovering needs & pain points, conducting product demos, negotiating and closing deals.

You will report to our VP Sales working closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and Product teams to continuously test, measure, learn and innovate. We want to be the best at what we do and we want you to help us get there!

Responsibilities

  • The Ent Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Healthee’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from Healthee solution
  • Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues

Your Experience & Skills

  • 7 years of sales experience in an enterprise closing role at a SaaS company; experience in the healthcare and HR tech space preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Collaborative, high-energy teammate
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

Salary

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110K base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive commissions and equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
