About the role
HealthEdge Software offers benefits administration and care management software solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing trends and patterns to enhance understanding of customer behavior, product usage, and business performance.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Identify gaps between existing and desired metrics and recommend solutions for better reporting and decision-making.
Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistent reporting across teams.
Support the design and development of analytical data models that enable stakeholders to answer critical business questions.
Partner with Data Engineering to source new data and improve infrastructure for scalable analytics.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams and assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making.
Document work processes, reporting standards, and data governance best practices.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and transformations.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and continuous learning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a 'can-do' attitude.
