Job Opportunity: Healthcare Telecaller
📍 Gurugram Sector 46 | Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Healthcare Telecallers for our growing healthcare organization based in Gurugram Sector 46.
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic individuals who can connect with potential patients/customers over the phone and help them with healthcare services, appointments, health packages, and consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing & new leads for healthcare services, health check-ups, and medical packages
Explain healthcare offerings clearly and convincingly
Handle patient queries regarding services, pricing, and appointments
Schedule doctor consultations and diagnostic appointments
Maintain daily calling targets and update CRM regularly
Build and maintain good relationships with callers
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi + English (Must)
Prior experience as Telecaller / Telemarketing / BPO / Healthcare Sales will be an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills and a confident voice can also apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, CRM)
Target-oriented and resilient personality
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
