Cureayu is a fast-growing Ayurvedic healthcare brand providing natural wellness solutions across India. We work closely with Ayurvedic doctors to guide patients toward the right herbal treatments.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Healthcare Telecaller who will handle both inbound and outbound calls, understand patient concerns, and coordinate with our Ayurvedic doctors to provide proper guidance.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound patient calls
- Understand patient health concerns and explain products clearly
- Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors for consultations
- Follow up with existing leads and customers
- Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
- Provide empathetic and professional communication
💼 Requirements
- 0–1 year experience (Pharmacy/Healthcare experience preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
- Comfortable speaking about health-related concerns
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patient-focused and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment
