About the Role
IFC Ventures is hiring an experienced Healthcare Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hospital recruitment, healthcare staffing, clinical recruitment, non-clinical hiring, and medical workforce acquisition across multiple healthcare functions.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Healthcare Recruitment:
- Manage complete healthcare recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle hospital hiring across clinical, non-clinical, operational, and corporate functions
- Drive talent acquisition for hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, diagnostics, and medical operations

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in medical staffing and healthcare workforce management
- Strong understanding of hospital HR operations and recruitment processes
- Expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations
- Experience in bulk hiring and niche healthcare hiring
- Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing vendors and recruitment agencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple healthcare hiring requirements simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms, Excel, and recruitment dashboards
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare hiring, hospital staffing, medical recruitment, or healthcare talent acquisition
- Prior experience working with:

- Healthcare recruitment agencies
Candidates from organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals, Narayana Health, Max Healthcare, diagnostics chains, or large multispeciality hospitals will be preferred.
Education
- MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred
- Graduate with relevant healthcare recruitment and hospital hiring experience
