Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare solutions, provide hands-on emergency medical support, assist in training programs, and ensure best practices in medical services. Responsibilities also include patient care, effective problem-solving during critical incidents, and maintaining consistent communication with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and in providing healthcare services
- Proficiency and knowledge in the field of medicine and healthcare management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey medical information
- Experience in conducting training sessions related to healthcare practices
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a healthcare-related field is preferred
- Familiarity with national and local healthcare regulations is a plus
