Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The Healthcare Specialist will support medical operations by administering emergency medical care, conducting health assessments, and providing training on medical procedures. They will play a pivotal role in delivering effective healthcare services to employees, ensuring adherence to proper medical protocols, and fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and patients
• Knowledge of medical practices and expertise in healthcare to ensure proper patient care
• Experience in conducting training sessions related to healthcare and safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred
• Certification in first aid and emergency response is an advantage
