Role Description
The Healthcare Specialist will support day-to-day healthcare practices by assessing patient needs, providing medical care, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. Responsibilities include managing emergency medical situations, training healthcare teams, and liaising with different stakeholders to ensure quality healthcare services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring a dedicated and professional approach to patient wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in EMT and a strong foundation in Medicine
- Exceptional communication skills for effective patient and team interactions
- Experience with Training healthcare teams to enhance operational efficiency
- Practical knowledge and background in healthcare practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery
- A relevant certification in Emergency Medical Services or healthcare-related training is highly advantageous
