This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will be tasked with providing high-quality patient care, overseeing medical procedures, conducting healthcare training sessions, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with teams to develop and implement effective healthcare strategies while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) procedures and general medical practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in training and upskilling teams in healthcare practices and protocols
- Background in healthcare and medicine, with a focus on patient care and clinical decision-making
- Ability to maintain high standards of compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a healthcare-related field; experience in geospatial health applications is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to handle complex healthcare challenges effectively
