Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Pandhurna is for a Healthcare Specialist. Responsibilities include providing first aid and basic medical care to employees, overseeing occupational health practices, and delivering first responder training. The Healthcare Specialist will also ensure adherence to medical regulations and offer guidance on health and wellness initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in emergency medical training (EMT) and basic knowledge of medicine
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interaction
- Experience in healthcare or medical services, with an ability to provide guidance on health and wellness
- Capability to develop and deliver training programs related to healthcare and workplace safety
