Role Description
The Healthcare Specialist role at Ark Travel Group is a full-time, on-site position located in Thane. In this role, the individual will provide healthcare-related expertise to support and enhance the travel experience of clients. Primary responsibilities include delivering first aid or basic medical support, educating clients on health precautions and travel safety, coordinating with medical facilities when necessary, and conducting relevant training sessions for staff and customers. The Healthcare Specialist will also ensure compliance with all health-related standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in Emergency Medical Technology (EMT) and Medicine
- Strong communication skills for client engagement and effective coordination
- Expertise in conducting health-related training and education programs
- Background in healthcare, with an understanding of industry standards and practices
- Ability to work on-site in Thane
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, medicine, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus but not required
