Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist at our facility in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing emergency medical treatment, assisting with healthcare-related assessments, coordinating patient care, and supporting psychiatrists with clinical tasks. Other responsibilities include facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers and delivering basic medical training to patients or their families when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and foundational knowledge of medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
- Experience or training in healthcare practices and patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide compassionate support to patients
- Certification or degree in healthcare-related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous
