Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for delivering healthcare support and emergency medical services (EMS), providing training in medical response best practices, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols. The role involves working closely with teams to communicate medical needs, maintaining a high standard of care, and promoting health and safety within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and fundamental medical knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate within teams
- Experience in healthcare operations and a solid understanding of medical procedures
- Training skills to guide team members in health and safety protocols
- Proactive with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Certification as an EMT or relevant healthcare qualification is a plus
- Previous experience in healthcare or a similar field is advantageous
