Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Chennai. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing excellence in healthcare services, including handling emergency medical situations, delivering medical expertise, and assisting in healthcare training initiatives. A key part of this role involves communication with patients and teams to ensure a high standard of care and collaboration with various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in emergency medical response and basic medical practices, including EMT skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams
- Knowledge of healthcare and medicine to deliver appropriate care and guidance
- Experience in training and educating peers or teams in healthcare settings
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Certifications or training relevant to healthcare are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
