Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Pune City. The Healthcare Specialist will provide expert guidance and consultancy in healthcare and medical processes, support the development of healthcare services within the organization, and deliver training and mentorship to teams. Daily responsibilities include evaluating healthcare programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating transparent communication between cross-functional teams. Collaboration with stakeholders in healthcare and IT-related projects will also be a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in EMT and Medicine
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Experience in healthcare operations and processes
- Training and mentoring capabilities relevant to healthcare environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic on-site setting
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and regulatory standards is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical consultancy is an advantage
