Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Mumbai. The Healthcare Specialist will provide healthcare support and education to customers, assist with training sessions, and address any medical or dietary inquiries related to the use of Rotimatic. The role also involves collaborating with teams to enhance health and dietary-focused solutions for users, facilitating communication between users and the company, and staying updated on health and nutrition trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and general healthcare knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex health concepts clearly.
- Background in medicine or medical training is highly valuable for this position.
- Experience in providing healthcare-related training or client education.
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction, with a compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Qualifications: A degree in healthcare, medical sciences, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications, such as EMT or similar, are advantageous.
