Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Healthcare Specialist is based in the Pune District. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing medical and healthcare support, handling emergency medical scenarios (including EMT-related responsibilities), ensuring effective communication with patients and teams, conducting training sessions, and supporting healthcare-related initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) skills and procedures.
- Strong expertise in healthcare operations and medicine.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Experience in delivering healthcare training sessions to educate teams and individuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic environments.
