Hiring : Manager / Senior Manager – Healthcare Sales & Operations (OPD Clinics)
Location: Gurgaon will be the base but the person will be on field only
CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (₹12 LPA fixed + performance-based incentives)
Mandatory Experience
- 5–10 years of experience strictly in OPD clinic or Hospital setups
- Direct experience working with Gynecologists, Pediatricians, and Child Health Clinics
- Strong understanding of the OPD patient journey (Consultation → Diagnostics → Treatment → Follow-up)
- Hands-on experience in clinic operations and on-ground team leadership
- Proven experience in opening new clinics / clinic business setup
- Strong exposure to P&L management
Role Highlights:
- Driving OPD clinic revenue, patient footfall, and conversions
- Managing end-to-end OPD clinic operations
- Working closely with doctors and clinic teams
- Strong exposure to women & child health OPD setups
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on OPD clinic or hospital OPD experience.
