Treatment Conversion Specialist(Patient Treatment Advisor / Healthcare Sales)
Location: Sion, Mumbai
Job Type: On site, Full-Time, Monday-Wednesday-Friday 10.30am-7.00pm, Tuesday- Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday 10.00am-5.30pm
Experience: 2+ years in healthcare sales, patient counselling, or treatment coordination

Role PurposeThe Treatment Conversion Specialist guides patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they clearly understand their treatment plan and supporting them in making informed decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Explanation
- Explain treatment plans and procedures
- Discuss treatment timelines and costs
- Clarify patient concerns
Patient Nurturing
- Follow up with patients who are considering treatment
- Maintain relationships with past patients
Conversion Tracking
- Track consultations converted into treatments
- Maintain records of pending cases
- Review conversion metrics
Patient Engagement
- Send follow-up messages
- Support email campaigns
- Manage patient community engagement
Product Sales
- Promote and track sales of oral health products
Skills Required- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Empathy in patient conversations
- Ability to explain medical information simply
- Sales and persuasion skills
Preferred Qualifications- MBA (Marketing / Healthcare)
- BBA
- Experience in pharma or medical device sales
