Healthcare Relationship Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Your Role
As a Patient Relationship Executive, you will become the first point of contact for many patients using EasyHealths.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Calling patients and healthcare enquiries
• Helping patients book doctors, diagnostic tests, and healthcare services through the EasyHealths platform
• Following up with enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings
• Building long-term relationships with patients through professional communication
• Supporting health camps, awareness programs, and field marketing activities
• Collecting and maintaining patient information accurately
• Recording basic health vitals such as BP, Sugar, and Oxygen Level whenever required
• Preparing daily activity reports using Microsoft Excel
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Loves interacting with people
✔ Communicates confidently in Bengali, Hindi, and English
✔ Is comfortable with patient calling as well as occasional field activities
✔ Is organised and knows the basics of Microsoft Excel
✔ Is polite, empathetic, responsible, and target-driven
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
• Patient Calling
• Healthcare Industry
• Telecalling
• Customer Support
• Sales
• Field Marketing
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
