Healthcare Recruiter – Manager/Lead & Senior Recruiters

Work Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, India

Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Overview:

We are hiring 1 Lead/Manager and 2 Senior Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Healthcare recruitment and a strong ability to manage end-to-end hiring for critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, credentialing, and offer closure
• Recruit for a wide range of roles including:
• Physicians
• RNs, LPNs, LVNs
• Radiology professionals (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.)
• Other clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand healthcare positions
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance

Additional for Lead/Manager Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
• Drive recruitment strategy and performance metrics
• Handle client/stakeholder communication and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Healthcare recruitment (for Senior roles)
• 3+ years of experience with team handling (for Lead/Manager role)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
