Healthcare Recruiter – Manager/Lead & Senior Recruiters
Work Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, India
Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Job Overview:
We are hiring 1 Lead/Manager and 2 Senior Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Healthcare recruitment and a strong ability to manage end-to-end hiring for critical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, credentialing, and offer closure
- Recruit for a wide range of roles including:
- Physicians
- RNs, LPNs, LVNs
- Radiology professionals (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.)
- Other clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand healthcare positions
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance
Additional for Lead/Manager Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Drive recruitment strategy and performance metrics
- Handle client/stakeholder communication and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Healthcare recruitment (for Senior roles)
- 3+ years of experience with team handling (for Lead/Manager role)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
