About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in nursing and healthcare staffing to join our growing team. This is a remote (WFH) opportunity for professionals based in Ahmedabad who have prior experience working with healthcare or nursing recruitment, preferably for international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit nursing and healthcare professionals
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS
- Ensure timely submissions aligned with client expectations
- Follow compliance and documentation processes
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years of healthcare or nursing recruitment experience
- Experience in US healthcare staffing preferred
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, databases)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with ATS systems
Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting Nurses (RN, LPN, CNA, etc.)
- Exposure to MSP/VMS hiring models
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements
