We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals with 0–1 year of experience who are ready to start immediately and build a career in US Healthcare Recruitment. If you have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow!
🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data and build a talent pipeline
• Work closely with the team to meet hiring targets

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
