Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process within the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
- Strong knowledge and experience in Hiring and Customer Service practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the healthcare staffing industry in the Greater Ahmedabad Area is preferred
