About the RoleWe are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who can drive full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape, the ability to source qualified candidates quickly, and the discipline to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles including nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain an active pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and credential verification
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Build relationships with candidates to support long-term engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and credentialing requirements
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with US healthcare staffing
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as licenses and certifications
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
