This is a full‑time, permanent work‑from‑home opportunity based in India, supporting recruitment for healthcare roles across Australia. We offer a lucrative salary package plus attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for healthcare professionals in Australia.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and clients.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver on hiring targets.
- Ensure compliance with Australian recruitment standards and processes.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience recruiting for the Australian healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target‑driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
Work Timings (India):
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
