Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end recruitment for clinical and allied healthcare roles for US-based clients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist resumes using job portals, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including screening calls, qualification checks, and alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and future client needs.
- Work closely with the delivery lead/team lead to ensure timely closures of client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, with exposure to core clinical and allied positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc.) and social recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accountability.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
