Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter based in Noida Sec-63. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include understanding client staffing needs, collaborating with hiring managers, providing guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, and maintaining a pipeline of top talent to meet future needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients and candidates
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, staffing best practices, and related compliance regulations
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs, or CNAs is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
