#MedPlusHealthServicesLtd is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our Diagnostics Recruitment Team.

10, G3, GRL Complex, No. 1, Next to Global Village Tech Park, Bengaluru – 560098, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Laboratory Technicians across various diagnostic specialties, including:
🔹 #ClinicalLaboratory
🔹 #Biochemistry
🔹 #Hematology
🔹 #Microbiology
🔹 #Histopathology
🔹 #Cytology
🔹 #MolecularDiagnostics
🔹 #BloodBank / #TransfusionMedicine
Responsibilities include:
✅ End-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
✅ Sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
✅ Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process
✅ Partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely closures
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Minimum experience in Healthcare Talent Acquisition
✔️ Hands-on experience hiring Laboratory Technicians across the above diagnostic departments
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
Preferred Candidate:
📌 Candidates currently based in Karnataka only.
Work Schedule:
🕙 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
