Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the company's staffing needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to understand workforce requirements, utilizing various recruitment channels, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Key activities include building and maintaining a talent pool, providing excellent candidate experiences, and supporting the company’s mission of delivering exceptional service through a stellar team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Hiring and effective talent acquisition strategies
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
