Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated US Healthcare / Pharma Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for the US Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Clinical Research industries. This role requires expertise in sourcing niche talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Clinical Research positions.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, ATS databases, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure timely submissions while meeting recruitment KPIs and client expectations.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong expertise in Boolean Search and passive candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for CROs, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of Clinical Research, Drug Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Biometrics functions.
- Experience supporting FSP or Clinical Resourcing hiring models.
