Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter (Fresher)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US Healthcare Recruiters. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various healthcare positions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and regularly update internal databases.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly submission targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Shift Timing: US Night Shift (EST/PST/CST/MST)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Any 5 days working)
Training & Employment Terms:
- Candidates will be hired as Interns initially.
- Training Period: 1 month (Stipend will be provided)
- No leaves are permitted during the training period.
- Upon successful completion of training and assessment, candidates will be converted to full-time employees with a revised salary.
- We encourage candidates to commit to at least 1 year post-training to fully benefit from the learning and growth opportunities. In case of an early exit, a training cost of INR 50,000 may be applicable.
