Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and screening potential talent, maintaining candidate databases, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment for healthcare positions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing processes and industry compliance regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting is highly desirable.
