Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiter (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in US Healthcare Recruitment and talent acquisition.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, Allied Healthcare professionals, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database records
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet search
- Willingness to work in night shift (US shift)
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR
