Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter — Global Markets, located in Noida. The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the teams involved in licensing, visa processing, and onboarding. The recruiter will also engage with global healthcare markets, ensuring adherence to ethical recruitment practices and organizational standards.
What You Will Do
— Source and place doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals across global markets
— Manage candidate pipelines across multiple live requisitions simultaneously
— Conduct structured screening interviews — clinical fit, compliance pathway, motivation
— Understand licensing requirements — NMC, GMC, AHPRA, DHA, SCFHS — and brief candidates accordingly
— Work directly with account managers and international clients
— Own your desk. Own your delivery.
What You Need
— 2 to 5 years healthcare recruitment experience — agency or RPO
— Proven delivery track record across permanent or contract roles
— International market exposure — UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Gulf preferred
— Strong English communication — you will speak to candidates and clients globally
— Ability to work flexible hours aligned to global time zones
