Healthcare Recruiter – US Staffing
Location: Magarpatta, Pune (Onsite) / Remote for the Right Candidate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in US Healthcare Recruitment and proven expertise in managing Full-Time/Permanent healthcare openings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across clinical, allied health, leadership, and administrative healthcare roles throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent healthcare positions.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, referrals, and healthcare talent networks.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements, experience, licensure, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and relocation preferences.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry networks.
Experience Required
- 2–6+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong experience handling Full-Time/Permanent healthcare requirements.
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, healthcare systems, medical centers, and specialty care facilities.
- Proven success recruiting nurses, allied healthcare professionals, imaging professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and healthcare leadership positions.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently during US business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare certifications, licenses, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Experience recruiting for nursing, allied health, therapy, imaging, and healthcare leadership positions.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
