Role Description The Healthcare Process Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves conducting new hire and ongoing training sessions for healthcare process teams, ensuring that all learners understand workflows, compliance requirements, and performance standards. The trainer designs and updates training materials, including presentations, process documents, and job aids, to align with client and organizational requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying training needs through data and feedback, delivering engaging classroom or small-group sessions, and assessing trainee performance through evaluations and coaching. The Healthcare Process Trainer also collaborates with operations leaders, quality teams, and HR to support process improvements, reduce errors, and maintain consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills for healthcare processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to deliver engaging and clear training sessions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify gaps, and recommend training interventions.
- Experience in healthcare BPO, revenue cycle management, medical billing, or related healthcare operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to design training content, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; qualifications in training, healthcare administration, or related fields are an advantage.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and training technology (e.g., LMS platforms, video conferencing, and digital presentations).
