Healthcare Placement & Industry Relations Manager (Hybrid – Kerala)
IHAD-One™ (Integrated Healthcare Administration & Documentation) is looking for a dynamic professional to build industry partnerships and create career opportunities for our students across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with hospitals,RCM companies, healthcare organizations, insurance TPAs, healthcare BPOs, and allied employers.
- Generate OJT and placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and employer engagement activities.
- Promote the value and employability of IHAD-One graduates.
- Maintain employer partnerships and placement records.
Preferred Background:
Healthcare HR, Hospital Administration, Recruitment, Placement, Business Development, or Healthcare Operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/MHA/HR preferred).
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala when required.
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Home + Employer Visits)
