Position: Medical & Health Services Managers
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr

Role Responsibilities
- Manage and interpret healthcare operations, workflows, and performance data
- Analyze KPIs, staffing, and service delivery to improve operational efficiency
- Create realistic, management-level scenarios based on healthcare operations
- Review reports and ensure alignment with compliance and quality standards
- Support budgeting, planning, and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with teams to improve patient services and administrative workflows
- Identify gaps in processes, performance, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and system workflows
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, provider networks, or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of KPI tracking, compliance, and reporting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and operational processes
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in KPI review and performance management
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with budgeting and operational planning
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with healthcare systems and reporting tools
