Job Title: Healthcare Trainee (Wellness Operations)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Trainee Duration: 6 Months
Post-Conversion Role: Healthcare Executive (₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month)
About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Trainee who is passionate about building impactful solutions in the wellness and healthcare ecosystem. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure across multiple areas of wellness and healthcare operations, with a clear pathway to a full-time executive role.
Key Responsibilities
Work on end-to-end wellness program execution across multiple domains
Assist in designing and implementing healthcare and wellness initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and partnerships
Conduct basic research on healthcare trends, user behavior, and wellness solutions
Support in onboarding partners, vendors, and healthcare professionals
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports for ongoing initiatives
Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of wellness services and programs
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any healthcare-related field (e.g., Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Nutrition, etc.)
Strong interest in holistic wellness and preventive healthcare
Willingness to work across diverse areas of wellness (physical, mental, lifestyle, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
