Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Logistic Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, you will manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring smooth supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery. This position requires collaboration with diagnostic centers, optimizing logistical efficiency, and maintaining excellent customer service standards to support the requirements of the healthcare network.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Experience with Inventory Management and Procurement processes
- Proficiency in delivering outstanding Customer Service and ensuring partner satisfaction
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency
- Proficiency in data analysis and logistics software/tools
- Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
