Job Title: Healthcare Growth & Programs Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar (On-ground)
Compensation: ₹20,000/month + Food Benefits (₹15,000 Premium Package)
About The Role
We are looking for a
high-execution, growth-focused professional to work across
Kefilo and HiWox, driving healthcare programs, B2B engagement, and client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of
healthcare, operations, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute 10+ B2B events per month
- Engage with corporates, institutions, and communities
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Program Execution & Case Studies
- Launch structured healthcare and wellness programs
- Track outcomes and create detailed case study reports
- Derive insights for business growth and improvements
- Client Consulting & Retention
- Consult clients on programs and solutions
- Ensure regular follow-ups and engagement
- Drive retention and long-term relationships
- Content & Thought Leadership
- Create healthcare-focused content, reports, and podcasts
- Capture insights from programs and market interactions
- Contribute to brand building and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in healthcare / wellness domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to execute events, programs, and client interactions end-to-end
- Interest in content creation and building healthcare narratives
- High ownership, consistency, and execution mindset
Reality Check
- This is a high-intensity, execution-driven role
- Requires on-ground presence, frequent interactions, and ownership
- You will be directly responsible for driving outcomes, not just supporting
