JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacting with Corporate/TPA’s/PSU’s for all information regarding approvals
- Interacting with in house doctors for getting the loan of treatment approximate cost for cashless patients
- Co-ordinating with Corporate/TPA’s/PSU patients in case of a problem
- In absence of insurance co-ordinator responsible for sending for approval, handling queries, enhancements
- Collecting information on the cash/corporate patients/the referring doctors & sending status to marketing HOD
- Visiting clients for better understanding along with marketing department
