Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Field Sales Executive based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with diagnostic centers, promoting Labridge’s offerings, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate will execute sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets. The role also includes collecting market feedback, identifying client needs, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relationship building and account management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with the healthcare or diagnostics sector is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools for reporting and data management
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently or with teams
- Ability to travel within the Greater Kolkata Area
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
