Job Title: Conference Producer Executive/ Manager (Healthcare or Pharma)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute healthcare conferences, summits, and roundtables
• Research industry trends to design a relevant conference agenda.
• Identify, engage, invite, and confirm high-profile speakers, panellists, moderators, and policymakers.
• Develop session descriptions, program outlines, speaker briefs, background notes, and related content.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
